Downstairs
The front door opens into a glass porch and then onto the large lounge with flagstone floor, sofas, chairs, wood burner and tv. Off the open hallway is the dining room with table and seating for eight, along with a 'quiet area' with two chairs and a footstool.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast table for four or five people.
The utility houses a large store cupboard, a drinks fridge with small freezer, washing machine and Belfast sink.
Upstairs
There are four good sized bedrooms off the spacious landing upstairs. The master has a king size bed and an en suite shower and bathroom. The guest double has a king size bed with an en suite shower. The twin has two single beds overlooking the rear garden and the bunk room looks out on the front garden.
The large family bathroom has a bath, WC and sink.
